AIZA features an open floor restaurant, bar & lounge area, and a beautiful terrace overlooking the largest fountain in the world and the Atlantis.

The AIZA team’s philosophy is rooted in the culinary magic, hospitality and warmth of service of the Cyclades Islands, and guests can expect to have their taste buds transported to the islands of Santorini, Mykonos, Naxos, and Paros, to name a few. From Greek cheeses, Kalamata olives, Mediterranean seafood, and the choicest meats, to Souvlaki prepared live at guests’ tables and authentic Greek desserts like Loukouma, Baklava and Orange Pie – AIZA sources the majority of its produce from Greece, along with a carefully chosen variety of the freshest locally sourced ingredients.
